1. General

By placing an order with Print The Beat, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all products and services provided.

2. Orders & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required before any production begins.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection.
  • No items will be released without full payment.
  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Custom Orders

  • All products are custom-made to your specifications.
  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes, colours, and quantities.

4. Design Approval

  • A digital mockup/design preview will be provided for approval before printing.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details carefully, including spelling, layout, colours, and sizing.
  • Once approved, Print The Beat is not liable for errors in the final product.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork

  • Customers must ensure that all artwork submitted is high-resolution and print-ready.
  • Print The Beat is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or unsuitable artwork.
  • We reserve the right to refuse artwork that does not meet quality standards.
  • Design adjustments or recreations may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must have the legal right or permission to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.
  • Print The Beat does not print copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any intellectual property claims.

7. Production & Turnaround

  • Turnaround times vary depending on order size and complexity.
  • Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
  • Production begins only once: Deposit is received, and Final design approval is confirmed.

8. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery options are available and quoted separately.
  • Print The Beat is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched or collected.

9. Product Variations

  • Product images and mockups are for illustration purposes only.
  • Slight variations in colour, placement, and finish may occur due to the printing process and garment differences.
  • Garment availability (sizes, colours, styles) is subject to supplier stock.

10. Quality Guarantee

  • We take pride in delivering high-quality products.
  • Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Valid claims will be assessed and may qualify for a replacement or correction.

11. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once design work or production has begun.

12. Limitation of Liability

Print The Beat shall not be held liable for:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Customer-approved design errors
  • Delays beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential losses

13. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

Print The Beat is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

  • We collect and process personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including quotations, order processing, communication, delivery, and customer support.
  • Your information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required for service delivery (e.g., couriers) or by law.
  • We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
  • By engaging with Print The Beat, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes outlined above.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal and operational requirements.
